I know a lot of folks are eager to find out when they will be able to get Windows 8.1. I am excited to share that starting at 12:00am on October 18th in New Zealand (that’s 4:00am October 17th in Redmond), Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1 will begin rolling out worldwide as a free update for consumers with Windows 8 or Windows RT devices through the Windows Store. Blogging Windows에 따르면 2013년 10월 18일에 윈도우 8.1이 출시될 예정이라고 합니다. 그에 앞서 RTM 버전은 이번 달 말이나 다음 달 정도에 MSDN 등으로 배포될 것으로 보입니다.
